Mark Fransen, Tim Curtin to be honored at Sandwich Fair

The Sandwich Fair and the NICA are scheduled to race on Wednesday, September 8, with a 11:00 a.m. post. They will be presenting memorial trophy blankets for Mark Fransen and Tim Curtin who both passed away in 2019 and were long-time Illinois horsemen.
