8-16-08  IHHA 2008 Board Election Results

The following are the results from the IHHA Board of Directors Election which took place today, Saturday, August 16, 2008. Elected were 5 directors to serve to serve terms of 3 years each.    The candidates receiving the 5 highest number of votes with  364   votes counted out of   389   ballots cast:  25(void)  FINAL TALLY, were:

1.  Nelson Willis 272

2.  Clark Fairley 239

3.  Hosea Williams 218

4.  George Bonomo 210

5.  Mike Knicley 170

Also receiving votes were:

Steve O'Toole sixth with 168 votes

Al Beals was seventh with 161 votes

Congratulations and best wishes to the new directors.  Also, at the upcoming August Board of Directors  Meeting, Tuesday the 19th, the Board will elect the officers that will serve during the 2008/2009 cycle.
