Congratulations to all the candidates that participated in this election. At the upcoming Board of Directors Meeting on Monday, August 19th, the IHHA Board will elect the officers that will serve during the 2019/2020 cycle.
Thanks to all members who participated in the election process. It is through your voice and support that the IHHA can continue to address and work on the issues of concern to our industry.

Besides terrific racing at this year’s State Fair in Springfield, horsemen also enjoyed the company of Governor Pritzker, who spent about 30-40 minutes in the paddock enjoying the festivities. Also, on hand was Rick Heidner, who is the developer of the proposed Tinley Park Racino, as he spent the day working the horsemen’s grill and getting to know us a little better. Thanks to all who helped make this a successful event.
