Illinois Racing Board Advance Licensing

In anticipation of horsemen not having an Illinois Racing Board license before this year’s state fairs, the IRB will be available to process your license in Springfield on July 20-21 and July 27-28. Also, you are able to get your license currently at Hawthorne on live thoroughbred racing days. If you already applied for your license, the hard copy will be available for pick up.
